Fractional Strategist · Catalyst for Human Potential

I decided to live according to my highest potential. Then I built the systems to make it real.

I'm Lisa Marie. I work with people on the thing underneath the thing. The career move, the company decision, the life that stopped fitting. The work doesn't move until we start with what's in the way.

The Real Work

Every system I've ever built is only as strong as the person running it.

People work with me to build their vision, but the strategy doesn't move until we deal with what's underneath. What they're afraid of. What story they're telling themselves. The decision in front of them is never just about the decision. It's about whether they believe they're the person who gets to make it.

I'm not teaching a method. I'm living one.

Living Proof

I spent years being told what I'd never overcome and what I'd need forever. Autoimmunity. Chronic anxiety. A PhD I walked away from. Real progress only came when I stopped treating my problems as separate.

I was unlocked when I realized they were all connected.

What I Build

Different industries. Different stages. The same five layers, in the same order, every time.

Who you are. What you have. What you make. How you talk about it. Where it goes.

Most people want to start at the top by selling what they make. They never stop to define who they are, what they have, or how they talk about it. Then they wonder why nothing works.

You don't get to the top without the bottom. That's why the strategy holds. That's why the brand doesn't collapse the first time it's tested. That's why the relationships last.

The principles don't change. The contexts do.

How I Live

My daily non-negotiables.

The principles that hold everything else together.

  • 01

I sit still long enough to listen.

The answer is usually already there.

  • 02

I give all the way or not at all.

Half-in is the most expensive way to live.

  • 03

I tell the truth, even when it costs me.

The cost of not telling it is always higher.

What I Do Today

Fractional Strategist

I embed with a small number of companies as a fractional strategist. I sit inside the leadership team, not next to it. Same depth, same ownership, same accountability as an in-house executive. The difference is structural: I require equity alongside my fee because I need to be invested in the outcome, not just the engagement.

The belief work comes first. Then the strategy. Then the systems to hold it. I don't just bill hours and leave. I have skin in the game because I own a piece of what we're building.

The companies I work with aren't random. I partner with leaders building something that matters. If it doesn't move people forward, it's not for me.
